A few years ago, I wrote out a detailed plan to get healthier and stronger. I mapped out my eating habits, my workout routines, even the support tools I would use. It was thorough. It was strategic.
And two years later… none of it had changed. I hadn’t stuck with the plan. I hadn’t hit my goals.
Fast forward to today: I’m in the final stretch of the 75 Hard Challenge. I’ve lost the weight. I have a routine. I have a rigor. And most importantly—I’ve become the person who does the hard things.

What changed?
The secret wasn’t just better planning. It was shifting my state of being.
We exist in three key states: mental, emotional, and physical. Change one—and you start to shift them all.
This time, I focused first on the physical.
✅Daily workouts, no excuses.
✅Clean eating, consistently.
✅Discipline over comfort.
And with that physical commitment, mental toughness followed. Emotional strength followed.
Soon, areas of my life outside of fitness began transforming too—my business, my mindset, my resilience.

Real progress isn't about forcing results. It's about becoming someone who creates them.
If you're stuck staring at the same goals year after year, ask yourself:
Where do I need to shift my state—mentally, emotionally, or physically?Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come not from doing more-but from becoming more.
You can do hard things. It's time to prove it to yourself.
