For years, I noticed a pattern: when my personal life was thriving, my business goals seemed to stall—and when my business was on fire, my personal goals quietly slipped away. It felt like I had to choose: Do I want to grow my business or grow myself?
But something shifted this year.

As I deepened my commitment to mental and physical challenges like 75 Hard, I noticed something surprising. The more I focused on my personal growth—my mindset, my health, my self-trust—the more everything else began to fall into place. For the first time, both my personal and business lives were thriving… at the same time.
What changed?
What changed?

I stopped treating my goals as separate. I stopped telling myself I had to pick one. I started living in alignment and pursuing personal and business success with the same clarity and intentionality. I integrated my goals. I trusted the process.
One of my mantras this year is simple: “I trust myself, because things always work out for me.”
It’s not just positive thinking—it’s a new way of operating. Instead of compartmentalizing, I’ve started collaborating—with others, with myself, with life. And it’s showing up everywhere: in aligned partnerships, consistent wins, and a deep sense of momentum.
So if you’ve been struggling to “balance it all,” maybe it’s time to stop balancing and start integrating. You don’t have to choose. You can have both. The only thing you need to do is believe it—and take that first aligned step.
