At the start of the year, I wrote down three goals. They were simple—but powerful:
Hit a health goal I’ve been chasing for years (and finally sustain it).
Build deeper, more meaningful relationships—not just transactional ones.
Create an abundance of collaborative opportunities that bring impactful work to the world.
I’ve set versions of these goals before. But this time, something shifted.

Now it’s mid-May, and I’ve already accomplished that first one. Not just the number on the scale—but the commitment behind it. I’ve found a rhythm, a routine, and most importantly, a belief that I can stick with it.
The second and third goals? They’re in motion too—thanks to the relationships I’m growing and the collaborations I’ve stepped into, including one I’m especially excited about with Excellerate Associates.
So what changed?

I stopped relying on sheer willpower and started building structure around my intentions. I stayed consistent. I trusted the process. I reminded myself often: “Things always work out for me.”
And I began to believe that God’s plan might just be bigger—and better—than mine.
When you align your actions with purpose and surround yourself with people who want to win with you, momentum builds fast. Not because it’s easy, but because it’s true.
So if you’re feeling stuck, revisit your goals. Recommit. Trust the process. And remind yourself—you don’t have to do it all alone.
You’re not behind. You’re just getting started.
