Here are my thoughts as I reflect on 2022's lessons and look forward to 2023's successes. Happy New Year, everyone! It's Denise Roberts and I want to wish you the best in 2023.
And as I look back and I reflect on 2022, I realized that my greatest learnings were usually from my experiences of things not going well.
The awareness, the insights, and the progression that comes from not having something work out well sometimes is the catalyst that is needed to propel me forward.
I want you to consider that as you create your 2023 look back. What were the learnings that you got in 2022? What would you do differently and why? And use that to propel you as you create the new year.
I want to comment on a post I read earlier today on LinkedIn from Brian Polarski. And one of the things he said is "results are usually on the other side of the invisible wall of 'I don't want to.
So, look at the times that you didn't get what you wanted and where did you stop? And how can you break through that as you create 2023?
So to all of you, may this be your year of growth, learning, and prosperity.
